Composting Toilets
There is no such thing as the perfect boat toilet, but the nearest thing is a self-contained composting toilet. This uses a small fan and duct to take away the vapour and fumes from your toilet, leaving the solid matter to decompose into compost. The benefits of this are many. The toilet only needs emptying once or twice a year; the resulting compost can be used on the garden; the running costs are negligible.
The only disadvantage of this toilet is that it is quite large, being 33” long, 25” wide and 25” high at the back (seat is 19” high). Prices start at £1275.00 for 12 volt models and £1375.00 for hybrid 12 volt/240 volt models.

Chemical Toilets
If finances or space won’t run to a composting toilet we also stock Elsan and Thetford Chemical toilets and spares. We can also get various types of pump-out toilets.
Toilet Chemicals
If you don’t want to use that environmentally unfriendly toilet ‘Blue’ why not switch to Odorlos. It offers no toilet smell and degrades the toilet waste naturally, using those ‘good bugs’ you may have seen mentioned in TV adverts!
It is available at £10.95 for a 32oz bottle (with additional 8oz free) and £17.50 for a 64oz bottle (with additional 4oz free)
An alternative to Odorlos is Biomagic. We have had very good reports on this too. It works in a similar way to Odorlos and is available in 500ml, 1 litre and 2.5 litre sizes at £4.50, £7.50 and £15.50 repecctively.
