How can you get the items we show you on this site?

Come to our shop at Whilton between 9am and 5pm Monday - Saturday or between 10am and 4pm Sunday. During the season (Easter to October) we stay open half an hour later.

Please note that we do close Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day!

Buy online at www.canalshoponline.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

You will get an automated reply confirming receipt of your order. This will be followed as soon as the real shop is open by another email, either confirming that your order is being sent, or explaining why not. Unfortunately our online shop doesn’t yet keep track of stock, so occasionally we won’t have what you want immediately. In that case you can eithe wait till we get it or cancel your order for a full refund.
